For many years, January would find me searching all the private schools around and tallying the cost of sending one or all of my precious children to school. I was tired, uninspired, feeling like a failure. My children were suffering the consequences of my roller coaster emotions. I wish someone had known what I was going through and encouraged me to take a step back, breathe, and refresh myself and our homeschool. The article below from Charlotte Mason Poetry is one I would have latched onto and been encouraged by.
